At Clownfish Games, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Ensure your products are in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
